From this stunning location, you can enjoy fell walking, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking and exploring the numerous possibilities for fun days out.

All our guests benefit from a variety of free leisure facilities. There is an indoor heated swimming pool and a fitness suite open every day of the year, free fishing in our well-stocked tarn and a private boathouse on Lake Windermere with free mooring.
