Low Graythwaite Hall Country House.
Nestled between the majestic mountain ranges and forested hills of the Lake District, lies this stunning 17th century Country House amidst four acres of enchanting grounds. Low Graythwaite Hall is close to Lake Windermere’s sparkling southern shoreline and with only singing birds and friendly stags for neighbours, promising a truly spellbinding escape.
This magnificent Hall, set in a secluded location a short distance from the glittering waters of the lake, offers a large lounge with feature fireplace, a breath-taking dining room with exquisite oak panelling and large French windows to the garden, a magnificent hallway, a cosy second lounge and a very well equipped farmhouse kitchen.
This is a place for celebrations and a property that memories are made from.
The Gardens are quiet, peaceful and surrounded by acres of fields and woodlands yet still central for touring and enjoying all that The Lake District has to offer. Enjoy nature at its best – you can watch the herd of deer at dawn or dusk or listen to the owls in the grounds. You can also just sit by the pond, which is fed from the tarn above and read a book or enjoy a drink on the lawns. Magnificent topiary trees make an impressive edge to the huge lawn areas and there is a stream with a bridge that leads to two acres of fenced woodland – perfect for exploring.
